Metro Bar in the Rajah Hotel complex on Soi 4 will be having it's 3 year anniversary party on Tuesday the 16th of September 2008. Pi Long, of Hillary Bar fame and organizer of Ball in Hand's weekly tournaments, will be running some pool events like killer and 3 ball. If you don't know 3 ball, come and learn the game. It's become an increasingly popular alternative to killer in some of the bars that participate in the Bangkok Pool League. The tables have just been reclothed, so those Brunswicks will be at their very best.
The Metro bartender, Bruce, will be blending up free Kamikaze shooters during the night, and usually quite a few Hillary 2 and Morning Night staff get part of the night off from their boss to attend Metro or Ball in Hand events. The crowning element is that, yet again, Bully's will be putting on the food for the evening. Don't come too late because the Bully's grub has a way of disappearing fast.
