Hello all!
Time for some non pool related stuff. Yes, there really is a world outside of pool tables and our favourite beverage. but before you proceed, a word of caution! It is a dangerous world out there so take care, when you check the link later on, you can see how dangerous those darts people look like
Here's some information from our friends with sharper weapons of choice than our pool cues, they use darts. Scares me to think what kind of damage my team would do during the evening with those things
Well anyways here's the info, read on ...
Invitation to Pool Players
My name is Johnny of the Darts Thailand website.
We’d like to invite all pool players that
may also have an interest in darts to join teams on our leagues. We share many of the same venues with our league matches on alternating nights of yours. Committing to play an entire season is most definitely appreciated but certainly not required. Most beneficial in the past has been a sort of reserve backup of players in case you find yourself short on a league night. Last Tuesday evening I met Daz who shoots a great stick on your league at the darts oche for a singles league match. I myself have been called to shoot a few games when a team is short of players although I can say this has happened much or recently as I handle any pool cue like a cheap broomstick. Bottom line – all are welcome and we hope that we can be of assistance to any of your teams that may come up short of players on a night.
